Timelines, sorting and filtering
An interactive timeline is displayed in the Recordsure Viewer for each customer case, enabling reviewers to zoom in to periods of interest and, where appropriate, to split the case into its various adviser-customer interaction instances.
Combined with a powerful record filtering system, this allows reviewers to quickly select only the key records of interest by their classifications and date, as well as by any other metadata supplied or generated by the Recordsure solution.
Critical documents for review can be automatically highlighted to the reviewer on both the timeline and in the record list; using colours, labels and iconography configurable to the theme of each review.
