For larger case files, particularly those spanning multiple years and a number of interactions between adviser and customer, it is essential to sequence the record trail by accurately nominating the most relevant date of production or distribution of each document.
Inside an average financial document, there are often more than 30 different dates presented in a variety of formats.
Accurately sequencing these takes time and expertise for a human. Identify does this faster and more accurately.
Timelines, sorting and filtering
An interactive timeline is displayed in the Recordsure Viewer for each customer case, enabling reviewers to zoom in to periods of interest and, where appropriate, to split the case into its various adviser-customer interaction instances.
Combined with a powerful record filtering system, this allows reviewers to quickly select only the key records of interest by their classifications and date, as well as by any other metadata supplied or generated by the Recordsure solution.
Critical documents for review can be automatically highlighted to the reviewer on both the timeline and in the record list; using colours, labels and iconography configurable to the theme of each review.
