When Joanne brought the Recordsure concept to life in 2012, it marked the culmination of a 20-year career at the pinnacle of financial services. Her passionate expertise in industry-wide compliance matters is rooted in her time at leading industry names including HBOS, KPMG and the FSA.
Joanne is also the founder of TCC, leading provider of compliance solutions. She holds an MBA from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris. She was named Women in Compliance Awards’ Inspirational Woman of the Year (2014), included in Innovate Finance’s Women in FinTech Powerlist (2018) and awarded the FDM everywoman Entrepreneur of the Year (2018).
Joe Norburn joined Recordsure as CEO in 2018 having been a friend and supporter of the company for a number of years. Much of Joe’s career has been spent in financial services, either for banks directly or in companies that serve and partner with them. He has also acted as an advisor to a number of early and growth-stage companies.
Prior to that, he was Managing Director and a member of the Executive Committee at Coutts, where his responsibilities covered Digital, Innovation, Business Development, Client Experience and Learning & Development.

Kit is the CTO for Recordsure, applying artificial intelligence to sales conversations in the financial services industry. A natural innovator, he specialises in matching technologies to market opportunities and his visionary approach has been instrumental in the development of Recordsure’s AI-powered speech and document analytics platforms.
Kit has 30 years of commercial product development experience, executing R&D, IT, business operations, branding and consulting projects; the majority of which has been gained at start-ups that have been taken through VC funding rounds, private equity raisings, management buy-outs, acquisitions, spin-offs and public listings.
He previously held the position of CTO in Residence at Ariadne Capital, working with a large portfolio of startups, has held interim director positions at Insight HQ & Medelinked; and was VP Product Strategy and Global IT Director for SpinVox, acquired by Nuance, now Microsoft.
Kit is a Chartered IT Professional, a BCS Membership Assessor and has voluntarily assisted the British Computer Society, the National Computer Centre, the DTI, the Learning and Skills Council and the government eSkills programme on a range of topics from Professionalism in IT initiatives to defining skills frameworks for CIOs through to IT end-users. He is also the credited inventor for a number of patents in the Internet and telecommunication sectors.

Garry has a 20+ year track record of creating ground-breaking products that drive real financial and social impact. Alongside this, Garry has remarkable experience across technological innovation, product and market development.
Having spent much of his career in FinTech start-up environments, Garry is passionate about finding innovative solutions to complex problems and developing products that disrupt the status quo. Most recently, he worked with OpenWrks and Tully to create the world’s first Conversational AI-enabled, Open Banking driven, B2C debt advice solution. At Recordsure, Garry is heading the Product Development and Delivery team, focusing on the continual development of our products and services and introducing new advanced technology-led solutions to meet the ever-changing needs of the financial services sector.

Chris Matthews joins Recordsure and TCC Group in the CIO / CISCO role to drive and support our specialised technical operations and intelligent technologies, infrastructure, and state-of-art security.
As an accomplished operational director with a varied set of specialisms, Chris possesses more than 20 years of experience in delivering transformative digital integration across diverse fields such as consumer credit reporting, retirement products and eCommerce.
This extensive background has afforded Chris unique insight into what it takes to develop and implement successful security and information management strategies, with significant expertise in safely and effectively handling large-scale data projects across multiple markets.
In addition to serving as an independent Director of IT Operations on several major initiatives, Chris has also previously held senior Operations roles at prominent firms such as Experian, eCommera and Just Group.

Being specialists in compliance analytics technology, the team includes a blend of incredibly talented AI engineers, English language scientists, product delivery specialists and experienced compliance experts.
As Lead Scientist for Recordsure, Sarah takes a lead role in the development and continued refinement of our innovative speech and document Compliance Analytics platforms, AI Docs and AI Voice.
An accomplished speech recognition scientist with more than 20 years’ experience working with pioneering Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, Sarah specialises in the state-of-the-art field of automatic speech recognition and retains a keen interest in general machine learning.
Prior to joining Recordsure in 2014, Sarah held the position of Speech Recognition Engineer at AI software company Nuance Communications after completing five years of post-graduate research at Cambridge University in speech recognition and acoustic modelling.
Senior Product Manager
As Senior Product Manager, Olivia is head of strategy for our pioneering AI Voice platform. With an extensive background in the regulatory sphere, she works closely with our technical and engineering teams to ensure our solutions are purpose-built in line with the latest FCA standards to serve the industry’s fast-evolving compliance needs.
Having joined the Group from the FCA’s Culture Team within Supervision, Olivia possesses invaluable practical expertise into the role RegTech plays in fostering positive culture transformation and mitigating conduct risk. Olivia is also heavily involved with wider strategy development and planning throughout the company, whilst overseeing the delivery of AI Voice to Recordsure’s expanding worldwide client base.
Olivia previously spent a number of years at the Financial Ombudsman Service, liaising with stakeholders to resolve high-profile policy issues. She holds an MSc in Financial Regulation from Henley Business School.
Strategic Partnerships Director
Adrian has over 30 years’ experience across the financial services arena. He began his career in high street banking before joining Capital One, where he led the creation of its retail banking capability.
He has subsequently worked across the technology, data and analytics spheres in both MD & CEO capacities, most recently launching and leading a Joint Venture company in collaboration with the UK Government. He now holds Chair & Non-Executive Directorship roles within a number of growth businesses, as well as lending support to others as an executive coach.
Adrian’s focus with Recordsure is on accelerating the growth of our next-generation RegTech products and services through the formation and nurture of key strategic partnerships.
New Business Director
Mark brings 25+ years of experience to the Recordsure and TCC team, having cut his teeth in traditional financial services and held senior roles at some of the largest financial institutions in the UK including NatWest, GE Capital and Capital One.
A passionate innovator, Mark soon directed his skills towards the burgeoning FinTech sector. He has an impressive track record of developing and growing several FinTech businesses and, as a result, has been nominated for prestigious industry awards. He joined Recordsure in 2021 following a number of successful years at OpenWrks – a pioneer of open banking in the UK.
As our New Business Director, Mark is responsible for our growth strategy and continued development of innovative products and services to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients.
Client Account Director
Mark is a Client Account Director for Recordsure, leading the client base and relationship development for our CaseReviewAI product – AI-powered document analytics for faster, smarter and more efficient assurance case reviews. Mark has a wealth of experience across the breadth of financial services, his primary specialisms are enterprise and strategic selling of FinTech and RegTech designed to solve the sector’s most pressing process and compliance challenges.
Prior to Recordsure, Mark spent roughly 12 years in the payments industry, specialising in corporate foreign exchange virtual card and Bankers’ Automated Clearing System (BACS) software.
Mark has significant hands-on experience in driving the growth of novel FinTech platforms in financial services and driving new opportunities for RegTech technologies that empower companies to manage risk and better understand their customer.
Solution Sales Manager
Ed brings with him a deep understanding of the software industry, having amassed over 25 years’ experience across numerous technology-centred projects ranging from boutique mobile and web apps through to large-scale enterprise SaaS applications. Prior to joining Recordsure, Ed managed a low code development platform business, where he oversaw commercial strategy and revenue development for a portfolio of FinTech, HR, Retail and Clinical solutions.
A proven senior leader with an outstanding track record of sales development, Ed joins us as Commercial Director in 2022 at an exciting juncture within Recordsure’s business expansion. Drawing upon his extensive knowledge of enterprise sales, Ed has taken a primary role in spearheading our next phase of commercial growth and ensuring our platforms continue to address sector-specific challenges within the financial services market.
