When Joanne brought the Recordsure concept to life in 2012, it marked the culmination of a 20-year career at the pinnacle of financial services. Her passionate expertise in industry-wide compliance matters is rooted in her time at leading industry names including HBOS, KPMG and the FSA.

Joanne is also the founder of TCC, leading provider of compliance solutions. She holds an MBA from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris. She was named Women in Compliance Awards’ Inspirational Woman of the Year (2014), included in Innovate Finance’s Women in FinTech Powerlist (2018) and awarded the FDM everywoman Entrepreneur of the Year (2018).

Joe Norburn

Joe Norburn joined Recordsure as CEO in 2018 having been a friend and supporter of the company for a number of years. Much of Joe’s career has been spent in financial services, either for banks directly or in companies that serve and partner with them. He has also acted as an advisor to a number of early and growth-stage companies.

Prior to that, he was Managing Director and a member of the Executive Committee at Coutts, where his responsibilities covered Digital, Innovation, Business Development, Client Experience and Learning & Development.

Kit Ruparel

Chief Technology Officer

Kit is the CTO for Recordsure, applying artificial intelligence to sales conversations in the financial services industry. A natural innovator, he specialises in matching technologies to market opportunities and his visionary approach has been instrumental in the development of Recordsure’s AI-powered speech and document analytics platforms.

Kit has 30 years of commercial product development experience, executing R&D, IT, business operations, branding and consulting projects; the majority of which has been gained at start-ups that have been taken through VC funding rounds, private equity raisings, management buy-outs, acquisitions, spin-offs and public listings.

He previously held the position of CTO in Residence at Ariadne Capital, working with a large portfolio of startups, has held interim director positions at Insight HQ & Medelinked; and was VP Product Strategy and Global IT Director for SpinVox, acquired by Nuance, now Microsoft.

Kit is a Chartered IT Professional, a BCS Membership Assessor and has voluntarily assisted the British Computer Society, the National Computer Centre, the DTI, the Learning and Skills Council and the government eSkills programme on a range of topics from Professionalism in IT initiatives to defining skills frameworks for CIOs through to IT end-users. He is also the credited inventor for a number of patents in the Internet and telecommunication sectors.

Garry Evans

Chief Product & Commercial Officer

Garry has a 20+ year track record of creating ground-breaking products that drive real financial and social impact. Alongside this, Garry has remarkable experience across technological innovation, product and market development.

Having spent much of his career in FinTech start-up environments, Garry is passionate about finding innovative solutions to complex problems and developing products that disrupt the status quo. Most recently, he worked with OpenWrks and Tully to create the world’s first Conversational AI-enabled, Open Banking driven, B2C debt advice solution.

At Recordsure, Garry is heading the Product Development and Delivery team, focusing on the continual development of our products and services and introducing new advanced technology-led solutions to meet the ever-changing needs of the financial services sector.

Chris Matthews

CIO / CISO

Chris Matthews joins Recordsure and TCC Group in the CIO / CISO role to drive and support our specialised technical operations and intelligent technologies, infrastructure, and state-of-art security.

As an accomplished operational director with a varied set of specialisms, Chris possesses more than 20 years of experience in delivering transformative digital integration across diverse fields such as consumer credit reporting, retirement products and eCommerce.

This extensive background has afforded Chris unique insight into what it takes to develop and implement successful security and information management strategies, with significant expertise in safely and effectively handling large-scale data projects across multiple markets.

In addition to serving as an independent Director of IT Operations on several major initiatives, Chris has also previously held senior Operations roles at prominent firms such as Experian, eCommera and Just Group.

Victoria Mansbridge has almost two decades of experience working in financial services compliance and is the Head of Sales Operations at Recordsure.

Her role has always been sales focused – starting with introducing cold prospects to Recordsure in 2012 and now heading up our SDR team. Victoria works primarily behind the scenes and plays a critical role in facilitating sales through contract negotiations.

Richard Lee

Client Account Director

Richard Lee is Client Account Director for Recordsure. Prior to joining the company, Richard spent five years in the enterprise SaaS software industry working for NICE Nexidia. Here he gained extensive expertise in enabling organisations to grow their revenues leveraging analytical insights from their customer interactions.

Richard is a versatile financial services professional with a broad skillset in helping firms achieve their compliance strategies and has hands-on experience working with large contact centre operations to create bespoke solutions for improving monitoring and evidence of Consumer Duty outcomes.

He also worked on projects delivering trader surveillance systems for investment banks and Force Control Rooms for UK Police Forces and held several pan-EMEA leadership roles at prominent enterprise SaaS software businesses, focused on Business Intelligence (BI), data quality and mobile device management (MDM) applications.

Richard began his commercial career after 13 years in the military, which saw him serve in several operational theatres worldwide.

Adrian Crean

Strategic Partnerships Director

Adrian has over 30 years’ experience across the financial services arena. He began his career in high street banking before joining Capital One, where he led the creation of its retail banking capability.

He has subsequently worked across the technology, data and analytics spheres in both MD & CEO capacities, most recently launching and leading a Joint Venture company in collaboration with the UK Government. He now holds Chair & Non-Executive Directorship roles within a number of growth businesses, as well as lending support to others as an executive coach.

Adrian’s focus with Recordsure is on accelerating the growth of our next-generation RegTech products and services through the formation and nurture of key strategic partnerships.
