Recordsure has today announced the appointment of Joe Norburn as CEO. The development comes as sister company TCC also named Mike Park new CEO, with Founder Joanne Smith taking the central position of Group CEO.
The changes in leadership reflect a growing momentum across the group, with Recordsure rapidly growing in influence as a leading RegTech analytics and automation platform as it expands its international presence.
Commenting on the new appointments, Joanne said:
“It’s an exciting time for the group, with both companies building greatly over the last year. Mike and Joe both have the skills, vision and energy to fulfil our ambitious future growth expectations, and I’m delighted to have them both on board.”
Joe joins Recordsure with an in-depth understanding of the solution and the company as a whole following recent strategic advisory work he has performed for the organisation. Joe brings substantial experience in financial services from a number of early and growth-stage companies as well as Coutts, where as Managing Director his responsibilities included Digital, Innovation, Business Development, Client Experience and Learning & Development.
Joe stated: “Recordsure is at an inflection point: the company has successfully made the market that we operate in and now it is time to build on our early momentum. The solution we offer is unique and we are well placed to establish ourselves as the global leader in recordings and records analytics.”
In TCC, Mike has a first-hand understanding of the business already from his experience as Group CFO (a position he will also keep) and is well placed to see the organisation into its next phase of growth. Reflecting on his new role, he said:
“TCC is long established as one of the UK’s leading independent financial compliance specialists. We are in a transformational period as we embrace new technologies to further support our clients: the potential here is phenomenal.”
