Kicking off the new year with an exciting new addition, we’re very glad to welcome digital transformation specialist Richard Lee to the Recordsure and TCC team.
As an experienced Client Account Director, Richard’s role will see him devising tailored solutions for our clients – incorporating TCC’s compliance consultancy expertise and Recordsure’s groundbreaking RegTech AI technologies – to help firms meet their regulatory and process optimisation goals in an effective, sustainable and cost-efficient manner.
With Richard’s passion for building long-term, quality relationships with clients and his extensive knowledge of transforming customers’ enterprise data into meaningful insights, he’ll be responsible for championing innovative ways to drive top-line growth and bottom-line savings for our clients.
Richard brings over three decades of experience converting unstructured data assets into business value, latterly using Cloud implementations of market-leading Software as a Service (SaaS) analytical software.
He spent the last five years deploying Speech Analytics & Generative AI software within large Financial Services contact centres, at NICE Nexidia, prior to which he held a number of pan-EMEA leadership roles at other major data-focussed Enterprise SaaS developers.
