Recordsure API and integrations connect intelligence with CRM, workflow, reporting and business systems already used across your organisation.

Documents, data, audio and workflow move between the Recordsure platform and your wider environment, with mappings and actions configured for the implementation. The API underpins Recordsure’s own product architecture; it is not simply a narrow add-on. Access, licensing and scope are agreed for your use.

Each integration is scoped around the connected systems, required mappings, supported actions and your implementation needs.

Integration capabilities

Connect intelligence with your wider technology estate

Choose an integration pattern that reflects your systems, data destinations and operational requirements.

  1. Connect with established business systems

Recordsure has existing integrations with Microsoft, Intelliflo, and IRESS Xplan. Background services can ingest and return documents, data and audio to customer systems, including SharePoint. The available connections and their specific behaviour are confirmed for each implementation, rather than assumed to work identically everywhere.

  2. Map information in both directions

Configurable two-way document and data mappings connect information with the destination that needs it. This can support the movement of source material into Recordsure and agreed outputs back into business systems. API patterns also support new CRM integrations, with the fields, documents and supported actions defined around the systems involved. Integration is designed around the use case, not a universal plug-and-play promise.

  3. Choose the right route for your data

Contracted ETL services can transfer files to cloud or on-premises environments and deliver data to agreed database destinations, including Azure SQL or Snowflake. Daily delta feeds are common; other frequencies are agreed where required. The right pattern depends on your reporting needs and existing architecture.

  4. Coordinate actions across your workflow

Agreed API integrations can support event-driven activities and configured workflow orchestration between people, Recordsure and client systems. This connects intelligence with practical next steps while keeping responsibilities clear. Which events and actions are supported depends on the integration agreed, including the capabilities and dependencies of the connected system.

Security and access

Keep connected information and access controlled

Reduce disconnected handling without removing the controls that matter. Recordsure supports single sign-on, Entra role groups and fine-grained role-based access enforced below the API layer.

Configured access and audit trails support authorised use of the platform. Skilled people retain responsibility for material decisions as information moves across systems. Explore Security and Data and Responsible AI for the wider approach.

Recordsure platform

Connect interaction and document intelligence with workflow, reporting and integrations to create a more complete, evidence-linked view across the business.

Sectors

Built for regulated and evidence-intensive work

Recordsure works with organisations where important customer decisions must be efficient, explainable and defensible.

Frequently asked questions

API & Integrations frequently asked questions

The API is part of Recordsure’s underlying architecture, but customer access, licensing and supported scope are agreed contractually. Talk to us about the access your implementation needs.

Yes. Configurable two-way document, data and workflow mappings are supported. The direction, content and actions available depend on the agreed integration and connected system.

Daily delta feeds for MI feeds are common for contracted data delivery. Other frequencies and event-driven activities depend on the agreed integration, system capabilities and implementation requirements.
