We are excited to be co-hosting an event with RegTech Talks on August the 20th, ‘The Financial Fraud Crisis and The Growth of RegTech Post-Pandemic’.
RegTech Talks is an initiative that was launched to spark conversation around regulation and compliance, spearheading the movement to make innovative tech adoption in compliance a widely adopted policy. They specialise in insight laden events that feature key players in the industry, including Microsoft, Dell and Hark.
Prior to the pandemic, financial crime was estimated at $2.1 trillion annually, post-pandemic, this figure has risen exponentially. The online event will feature Recordsure CEO Joe Norburn alongside industry leading experts such as Sarah Armstrong-Smith, Chief Security Advisor at Microsoft, Greg Pinn, Senior Director at Merlon.ai and Rob Fulcher, Head of Sales, Americas at Cube.
RegTech holds the key to easing many of the effects of the pandemic as firms seek to ensure good customer outcomes and manage risk when working remotely. The purpose of the event is to take a look at some of the issues financial service firms face which are created or exacerbated by Covid, as well as some of the innovative RegTech solutions that are being used today to tackle these challenges.
Financial services organisations have done a brilliant job in staying connected with their clients and customers despite the disruption of Coronavirus and remote working. As more meetings are conducted from people’s homes and adoption of digital communication channels soar, it is essential that firms’ compliance, support and business intelligence infrastructures keep pace with this change.
By collaborating with RegTech Talks on this important event, our goal is to put some of these challenges under the spotlight and draw on the expertise of leading RegTech experts to help visualise the ways innovative technologies are supporting the industry.
Tune in to the RegTech Talks event for more info and to register.
