Recordsure and TCC commitment:

Recordsure’s offer is to analyse up to 150 customer ongoing advice review cases back to 2018, for up to five wealth management firms (the client).

The client will commit to providing access to intelliflo PMS for Recordsure can identify and extract cases into Recordsure’s ReviewAI RegTech.

Recordsure will train the AI to recognise the client’s documents and the dates so that TCC regulatory experts can quickly segment service review periods into: 1. Complete, 2. Declined, 3. Disengaged, 3. Not offered.

The TCC team will take a sample of the complete service review periods and complete an in-depth check of the fact find and suitability letter to assess how comprehensive the review was.

The TCC and Recordsure team will provide a full report on the status of the cases reviewed. The client will also receive recommendations for any further checks and business-as-usual processes.

Recordsure is a responsible AI provider, and all data is managed in compliance with the strictest data protection and GDPR policies. 

The client commitment:

1. Provide access to IO and arrange a 1-hour workshop to help Recordsure to map the client’s use of IO to ReviewAI.

2. Upon completing the free 7-year assessment, the client agrees to hold an in-person meeting with key senior stakeholders where Recordsure and TCC team present the assessment outcomes review and recommendations.  

This offer expires on 30 November 2025 or once we enrolled five clients, whichever comes sooner.
