Modern Slavery Statement

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that Recordsure has taken and is continuing to take to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chain.

Financial year ending 31 December 2025. Reviewed annually.

Our organisation

Recordsure is a UK-based technology company providing AI-powered compliance and quality assurance solutions to regulated financial services firms. We help organisations capture, analyse and review customer conversations and case evidence to improve oversight, customer outcomes and operational efficiency.

Recordsure is a trading name of Record Sure Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 08279232), with its registered office at 10 Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 6EN. Recordsure is part of TCC Group.

Our commitment

Recordsure is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere in our business or in any of our supply chains.

We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to continually improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking. Our commitment covers all forms of modern slavery including forced labour, bonded labour, human trafficking, child labour and workplace abuse.

Our supply chains

Recordsure operates primarily in the United Kingdom. Our supply chains include:

  • Technology and software service providers, including cloud infrastructure and platform vendors
  • Professional services firms, including legal, accounting and consulting advisers
  • Recruitment agencies and contingent workforce providers
  • Facilities and office services providers
  • Marketing and communications agencies

The majority of our suppliers are UK-based businesses. Where we engage with suppliers operating in higher-risk geographies, we apply enhanced due diligence to assess and mitigate the risk of modern slavery.

Policies and procedures

Recordsure has in place a number of policies and procedures relevant to modern slavery and human trafficking, including:

  • Recruitment and selection policy — including pre-employment right to work and identity checks
  • Whistleblowing policy — enabling staff to report concerns without fear of retaliation
  • Supplier due diligence policy — setting out our expectations of suppliers regarding human rights and ethical conduct
  • Code of conduct — applicable to all employees, contractors and business partners
  • Anti-bribery and corruption policy

These policies are reviewed annually and are embedded within Recordsure’s management systems. They are audited as part of our ISO-aligned assurance framework.

Due diligence

As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk, Recordsure undertakes the following due diligence activities:

  • Pre-engagement screening of new suppliers, including review of their modern slavery and human rights policies
  • Contractual requirements on suppliers to comply with applicable law and to cascade equivalent requirements through their own supply chains
  • Periodic review of key supplier relationships to assess ongoing compliance
  • Verification of right to work for all employees and contractors prior to engagement
  • Use of reputable recruitment agencies that are themselves compliant with the Modern Slavery Act

Training and awareness

Recordsure ensures that relevant staff are aware of the risks of modern slavery and understand how to identify and report concerns. Specifically:

  • All new employees receive induction training that covers our commitment to preventing modern slavery
  • Staff in roles with supply chain or recruitment responsibilities receive targeted awareness training
  • Our whistleblowing policy is communicated to all employees and made available through our internal communications channels
  • Managers are trained to identify potential indicators of modern slavery and to escalate concerns appropriately

Risk assessment

Recordsure’s principal risk of modern slavery arising in its supply chains is assessed as low, given that:

  • The majority of our operations and supply chain are UK-based
  • We operate in the professional services and technology sector, which presents lower inherent risk than manufacturing or agriculture
  • Our workforce is predominantly skilled professional staff employed on standard UK employment contracts
  • We do not use zero-hours contracts or engage in practices that could create conditions for exploitation

Notwithstanding this assessment, we continue to maintain vigilance and to strengthen our processes year on year.

Reporting concerns

Employees, contractors and anyone else working with Recordsure who has a concern about modern slavery — whether within our business or supply chain — is encouraged to report it using any of the following channels:

  • Directly to your line manager or the HR team
  • Via our whistleblowing policy, which provides for confidential reporting
  • To the Data Protection Officer at dpo@recordsure.com

External reports can also be made to the Modern Slavery Helpline on 0800 0121 700 or at modernslaveryhelpline.org.

Key performance indicators

Recordsure uses the following indicators to measure the effectiveness of its efforts to prevent modern slavery:

  • Completion rates for modern slavery awareness training across the organisation
  • Percentage of new suppliers screened against our supplier code of conduct prior to engagement
  • Number of concerns or reports received through our whistleblowing channel
  • Annual review of this statement and supporting policies, confirmed by senior leadership
